HOW LONG IS THE HOLIDAY PARK OPEN?

The park is open from the 1st March to 2nd January.

WHAT PRICE DO THE CARAVANS START FROM?

Used caravan holiday caravans start from around £10,000 with new caravans starting from £28,000.

IS FINANCE AVAILABLE?

We are able to arrange finance, subject to status.

HOW MUCH IS THE PITCH FEE, INCLUDING RATES AND SERVICES?

Pitch Fees vary from £2,400 to £2,900 depending on location and size of pitch.

WHATS INCLUDED IN THE PITCH FEE?

The Pitch Fee is to station your holiday caravan on our park, however also included within the pitch fee are contributions towards park maintenance, rates, water, sewerage, waste and maintenance of services and utilities.

WHAT OTHER COSTS ARE THERE?

Costs on top of the Pitch Fee are; electricity which metered to each pitch, gas which is sold in cylinders and insurance.

WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET WHEN I PURCHASE A CARAVAN?

12 Months manufacturers warranty is given on new caravans and a 90 day warranty is given with used purchases. Extended warranty is available.

WHAT MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED ON A HOLIDAY CARAVAN?

A gas check is required annually by a Gas Safe engineer, we are able to supply contact details for engineer upon request. The water system will need to be drained down for winter, this can be done by yourself or we offer the service at an additional cost. Also simple ongoing maintenance such as cleaning gutters, washing exterior. We offer these services too at an additional cost.

WE LIVE ABROAD, WHO WILL LOOK AFTER THE CARAVAN WHILE WE ARE AWAY?

We will do as much or as little as you like to help in making owning a holiday caravan here trouble free with a care package tailored to your needs.

IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?

No, however close family may use your holiday caravan without you being there.

WHAT PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED WHEN PURCHASING A HOLIDAY CARAVAN?

During the purchase you must be able to supply to us upon request; photographic ID, proof of primary address and a council tax invoice. You must be able to supply council tax invoice for your primary residence on an annual basis.

DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?

Yes, dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Dogs must not be a nuisance to others.

WHEN IS THE LEISURE CLUB OPEN?

The leisure club is open weekends and bank holidays from mid March to November.

WHERE DO WE BUY SPARES AND ACCESSORIES?

We carry some spares, gas cylinders, regulators etc. Other items we can point you in the right direction or order items for you.

WHERE ARE THE CLOSEST SHOPS FOR GROCERIES?

Brewood village has a number of shops and is 2 minutes away by car, 15-20mins by foot.

DO YOU ALLOW TENTS, MOTORHOMES OR TOURING CARAVANS?

Sorry no we don’t.
