HOW LONG IS THE HOLIDAY PARK OPEN?

The park is open from the 1st March to 2nd January.

HOW MUCH ARE CARAVANS FOR SALE?

Used caravan holiday caravans usually start from around £15,000 with new caravans starting from £29,000.

IS FINANCE AVAILABLE?

We are able to arrange finance, subject to status.

HOW MUCH IS THE PITCH FEE, INCLUDING RATES AND SERVICES?

Pitch Fees range between £2882.06 – £3347.53 for caravans and are approximately £3,995.00 for lodges, depending on location and size of pitch. Please get in touch for more specific pricing.

WHATS INCLUDED IN THE PITCH FEE?

The Pitch Fee is for the stationing of your holiday caravan on our park, however also includes contributions towards general park maintenance, rates, water, sewerage, waste and maintenance of services and utilities.

WHAT OTHER COSTS ARE THERE?

Costs not included within the Pitch Fee are; electricity which metered and invoiced to each pitch separately, gas which is sold in cylinders and insurance.

WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET WHEN I PURCHASE A CARAVAN?

New caravans come with 12 Months manufacturers warranty. Whereas used caravans benefit from 3 months park warranty. Extended warranty is available.

WHAT MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED ON A HOLIDAY CARAVAN?

A gas safety check is required annually by a Gas Safe engineer, we are able to supply contact details for engineers upon request. The water system will need to be drained down for winter (winterized), this can be done by yourself or we offer the service at an additional cost. There is also general maintenance such as cleaning gutters, washing exterior etc. which we can also do at an additional cost.

WE LIVE ABROAD, WHO WILL LOOK AFTER THE CARAVAN WHILE WE ARE AWAY?

We will do as much or as little as you like to help in making owning a holiday caravan here trouble free with a care package tailored to your needs.

IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?

No subletting of any kind is allowed, however close family may use your holiday caravan without you being present.

WHAT PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED WHEN PURCHASING A HOLIDAY CARAVAN?

During the purchase and throughout your time on the park you must be able to supply to us upon request; photographic ID, and you must be able to supply Council Tax and Utility bills as proof of primary residence, on an annual basis.

DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?

Yes, well behaved dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park.

WHEN IS THE LEISURE CLUB OPEN?

The leisure club is open weekends and bank holidays from mid March to November.

WHERE DO WE BUY SPARES AND ACCESSORIES?

We carry some spares, gas cylinders, regulators etc. Other items we can point you in the right direction or order items for you.

WHERE ARE THE CLOSEST SHOPS FOR GROCERIES?

Brewood village has a number of shops and is 2 minutes away by car, 15-20mins by foot.

DO YOU ALLOW TENTS, MOTORHOMES OR TOURING CARAVANS?

Sorry, no we don’t.
